To-Do List Tuesday…

I am not going to get all fancy this week!  I don’t have time to search through all my burned CD’s and DVD’s for a cute slip of something to put my list on!  So, here it is…

  • finish pre-washing fabric
  • finish up the few loads of laundry that I have (I am almost caught up!)
  • Put all clean laundry away
  • wash sheets
  • Order Camera Strap Hardware
  • Order more small clips for Wristlets and Gadget pouches
  • Make Corey’s DLSR bag
  • Start cutting out Sara’s Diaper Bag
  • feed the kids (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)!!
  • mail finished orders

Look, I already have a few things done!  I am off to a decent start considering that I kept waking up all night with a horrible headache.  I woke back up at 6:30 and couldn’t go back to sleep so I finally got up about 7:00 and took some Ibuprofen and it’s gone for the most part.

I don’t know how well you know me, but if you know me at all you know that I like to listen to music while I am sewing.  My computer is set up close to my sewing table and I just turn on my Windows Media Player and listen when I can or if the kids are watching something I will listen to my MP3 player.  Well, we got this CD a week ago today and I have listened to it pretty much non-stop since then.  It’s awesome…definitely the best CD I have listened to in a LONG time!

If you know Avenged Sevenfold at all then you know that the drummer died this past December when they were making this album.  Most of the songs for the album were already written, but they went back and re-wrote many of the lyrics to reflect, in a way, how they felt about and dealt with The Rev’s death.  If you like a good heavy rock album, then don’t pass this one up.  It’s really excellent.

So there you have have it, a to-do list and a music review all in one day!

To Do List Tuesday!

I am testing out some daily themes, I don’t know if I will keep this one, but we’ll see.  I am just going to go with it and see how it feels.

to-do-list

This is my list for today, nothing too spectacular on there, just another day at home!

I don’t really have too much to post about today.  I pulled something in my back yesterday and it hurts really bad today.  It’s kind of in my shoulder just under my shoulder blade and it hurts when I move my shoulder or turn my head too far to the left.  I hope it doesn’t last too long because it’s very annoying!

I am afraid that I am quickly becoming addicted to these mason jar fraps!  I ended up making 2 yesterday afternoon.  I am going to have to start buying skim milk and low fat liquid creamer for them!!

They are really too tasty to resist!  I just make a full pot (5 cups) of coffee in the morning and then put the leftover in the fridge in a cup with a lid and use that in the afternoon.

I am doing another swap on Flickr.  This one is the {Urban} Home Goods – A Modern Swap, it’s run by the same girls that do the Hexie swap that I have been doing.  They do THE best swaps on Flickr and I am super excited to be doing this one for the first time.  This is the mosaic that I made for inspiration and to give my partner and idea of the things that I like
