I installed a new shopping cart yesterday, so when you go to the  main page and hit boutique it’s going to take you to the new cart.  It was easy to set up, it’s easy to change and it was a breeze to add products to, so we’ll see how it goes.  I am going to keep the Paypal one too for the time being, but it’s a little glitchy from time to time and is not always online.  I don’t like going in and not being able to pull anything up, so this works for now.  You still get the 5% discount if you are a Paypal fan and you buy directly from the Shop Now tab.  I am also keeping track of points still, but they won’t be quite as easy to check or redeem as they were in Zen Cart.  I may be able to find a mod for them, but I haven’t had time to check.  I have them all in a spread sheet and I will track them that way and when you want to use them I will just make a custom listing for you with the amount taken off.

Today my zen cart was hacked and I had to take it down.  I am fed up with zen cart issues anyway, I need to find a cart system that is more secure.  For the time being I am using the Shop Now Tab on my Facebook Fan page to sell my products.  I hate doing that as the only option because I feel like I will lose customers that find me through search engines, but right now most of my business comes from Facebook.  My website is still there and when you hit the main page the Boutique link will take you to Facebook.  If you are not on Facebook you can always email me and let me know what you are looking for and I can invoice you through Paypal like I used to before I had my cart set up.  I am looking into cart options now, but I am going to concentrate more on getting my orders caught up and once I get somewhat caught up I will be getting set back up again.  It’s a lot of work to add all the products into a cart system!

In the meantime, none of my links on this blog will link to anything and I am not going to worry about fixing those for now.  I hate that this has happenend and it’s been a very stressful day for me, needless to say.  If you need to reach me about any products just leave a comment on here and I will e-mail you.

I was able to retrieve my customer points information and I will continue to track that on a spread sheet.
